Planned UCDP Production Maintenance
The Uniform Mortgage Data Program^® (UCDP^®) Production environment will have the following planned maintenance windows in September:

Week of 09/07/26:

• Thursday, September 10 at 9:00 PM ET through Friday, September 11 at 5:00 AM ET.
• Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 AM ET through 9:00 PM ET.

Week of 09/14/26:

• Thursday, September 17 at 9:00 PM ET through Friday, September 18 at 5:00 AM ET.
• Saturday, September 19, from 9:00 AM ET through 9:00 PM ET.

During these maintenance windows, any appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae will have an “In Progress” status and will be processed automatically when the applicable maintenance window is complete.

Please plan accordingly for these scheduled outages.

UAD 3.6 Available in UCDP: Start Transitioning Now

UCDP supports UAD 3.6 appraisal report submissions, and lenders are encouraged to begin transitioning to UAD 3.6 now in preparation for mandate.

All UAD 2.6 submissions currently receive a Warning message in the Submission Summary Report (SSR) as a reminder of the upcoming transition. Beginning November 2, all new appraisal report submissions to UCDP must use UAD 3.6. New UAD 2.6 submissions will receive a Fatal message and a “Not Successful” status.
