UAD 3.6 Now Available in Broad Production
The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and Forms Redesign Broad Production Period has begun. All lenders are now permitted to submit UAD 3.6 appraisal reports to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®). Learn more on the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae UAD webpages. This communication relates to the Uniform Mortgage Data Program®, an effort undertaken jointly by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac at the direction of the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
