Inactive User Deletion Notice
To help keep Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) access current, users that have been inactive for 12 months or more will be removed. Users who want to maintain their UCDP access must log in by July 17, 2026. Users that remain inactive after this date will be deleted and will no longer be able to access UCDP. To regain access, deleted users will need to contact their organization’s UCDP administrator. This applies only to individual users. Lender administrator users and company-level access to UCDP are not impacted.

UAD 3.6 Now Available in Broad Production
The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 and Forms Redesign Broad Production Period has begun. All lenders are now permitted to submit UAD 3.6 appraisal reports to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®). Learn more on the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae UAD webpages.
